Processing takes 1–2 business days, and carrier transit within the contiguous 48 states is estimated at 3–5 business days. Total estimated delivery is 4–7 business days. Transit time is an estimate, not a guarantee. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
6. Returns and Refunds
You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 calendar days of delivery. Defective or damaged items are also covered within the same window. Returns are free; we provide a prepaid return label and charge no restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect the return, and the funds are returned to your original payment method.
