We want you to be comfortable with your purchase. If something is not right, you can return it under the terms below. We do not offer direct exchanges; if you need a different item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This is usually the fastest way to get the item you want.
Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to start a return. Returns started after this window cannot be accepted.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging, with all included parts and accessories
- Free of damage caused by use, except where the item arrived defective or was damaged in transit
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping cost and send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund in full.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the item must still meet the unused and original-packaging conditions above. Return shipping is free for these returns as well — we do not charge a restocking fee, a return shipping fee, or a reshipping fee.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@outdoorspacedesignsdeal.my with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will confirm whether your return qualifies and send you a prepaid return label by email.
- Pack the item in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop the package off with the carrier shown on the label.
- Keep the tracking number on the return label so you can follow the package back to us.

Refund Timing
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund is issued to your original payment method. After we issue it, your bank or card issuer typically takes 7–10 business days to post the funds back to your account. PayPal refunds usually appear faster, but the exact timing depends on PayPal.
